NCAA 11 Cover Athelete Has Been Chosen – Tim Tebow

As most of us had figured with the hints that were thrown around the last few weeks, Tim Tebow with be on the cover of NCAA Football 11. ESPN has posted an interview with Tim Tebow.

According to Tim Tebow, the best part about being the “NCAA Football 11″ cover athlete isn’t seeing his face plastered on the front window of every video game store in the country. It’s the chance to play his favorite game before anyone else. “I’ve been playing this game since I was 6,” Tebow told me during his photo shoot. “But they made so many big changes this year, I needed to find out the secrets before it came out.”

NCAA Football 11 Release Date July 13

If most of you haven’t checked out the EA Sports NCAA Football site lately you will notice that have updated to NCAA Football 11 and have given a release date of July 13. EA also released a blog article with some screenshots and discussing the lighting of the new version of NCAA Football 11.

Here we are now just a short 4 months away from our July release date and busy as can be here at Tiburon. There were a few questions about whether our first screenshot was actually in-game or not, so I sat down with Jean Adams – Art Director on NCAA Football 11 – to talk about why the game looks better this year. We hope this blog will shed some light on the situation… (That is easily the worst pun I’ve ever had in my life).

First Look NCAA Football 11

Tim Tebow on Cover of NCAA 2011?

Rumors are circulating that Tim Tebow will grace the cover of NCAA 2011. EA in the past two years has put out multiple athletes on each console cover though, but word is that as dominating as Tim Tebow was they could go back to one cover this year.
