EA Sports has released a new deal for Madden Ultimate Team.
This week’s Madden Ultimate team deal features the Retro Jersey’s of the 1960’s Green Bay Packers which contains rushing boosts, the early 1990’s Houston Oilers which contains passing boosts, and the 1980’s New York Giants which contains defensive boosts. These cards are extremely rare, so good luck in your pursuit of them this evening.
The cards will be Limited Edition, with each card selling for 10,000 Coins on the XBOX 360, & 5,000 coins on the PS3. In fact, only 500 of each will be released on the 360 & the PS3. The cards will also be limited to one per person and will go on sale at 8:00 PM ET tonight.

According to the live chat from EA’s Donny Moore the other day, madden 11 is said to be “simpler, quicker, deeper” as opposed to NCAA being focused on, ” core experience, innovation and authenticity.”

According to stats collected from online play, ea states that only 17 mins. of one madden game is actually game play. They say the rest is compiled of navigating through plays, menus or through presentational elements. Ea says they hope to provide options to ease this strain on gamers, just imagine completing a game of madden in 30 mins. rather than an hour! Hopefully this doesn’t mean shorter quarters, I always have said forget the new feature lets perfect the game play, I don’t care about some new chain gang animation ( although it’s pretty cool ) but if the basics were ever perfected than you could worry about the fancy stuff.
